The Story Behind

When she was thirty-five, she moved house. Fifty-three boxes. She opened the first one. Documents she'd kept in case she might need them one day. Second box: letters she'd received but never replied to. Third box: clothes she was definitely going to wear eventually. She sat down on the floor surrounded by boxes and felt suddenly exhausted. That year, she didn't unpack all of them. She kept eleven boxes. The other forty-two she donated. Someone asked: ""Don't you regret getting rid of all that?"" She said: ""No. If anything, the things I kept — I actually started using them."" What's truly worth keeping doesn't need to be hidden in a box. When we designed this ear cuff, we kept removing parts until only the essential lines remained. Its simplicity isn't carelessness — it's the result of being very deliberate.
