DEDE is a story-driven handcrafted jewellery brand based in Sydney, Australia. We sell jewellery directly to customers worldwide via our online store at dede.works.

2. Placing an Order

  • All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • By completing checkout, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method selected.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example, if an item becomes unavailable after purchase, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. A full refund will be issued in all such cases.
  • Product images are as accurate as possible. However, slight colour variations may occur due to screen calibration differences and photography lighting. This does not constitute a defect.

3. Bespoke & Custom Orders

  • Custom-made and bespoke pieces are non-refundable once production has commenced.
  • Before we begin any bespoke piece, we will send you a written design confirmation. Please review all details carefully — including size, design, engraving text, and materials — before approving.
  • Once approved, no changes can be made.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices may change at any time without notice. The price at the time of your order will always be honoured.
  • We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
  • All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments. DEDE does not store your card details.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to photography, product names, brand copy, story narratives, logos, and design assets — is the intellectual property of DEDE. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DEDE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the value of your original order.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our store shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
