Where We Ship

DEDE ships worldwide. We currently dispatch all orders from Shenzhen, China.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 4:00 PM (AEST) on weekdays are generally dispatched the same day.

Estimated Delivery Times

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, carrier volumes, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays once a parcel has been dispatched.

Free Shipping Threshold

Enjoy free worldwide shipping on all orders over A$90.

Orders under A$90 incur a flat shipping fee of A$8.

Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping fee. We are unable to predict or control these charges.
